Sam Amadi heads LP electoral reform committee (SEE LIST)

The Labour Party (LP) has established an electoral reform committee, chaired by analyst Sam Amadi. The committee is tasked with conducting a comprehensive review of the party’s electoral process to ensure free and fair elections.

According to a statement by the National Publicity Secretary, Umar Farouk Ibrahim, the committee will be inaugurated on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 11:00 am at the party’s national headquarters in Abuja.

The statement read, “The leadership of the party has approved the following individuals to serve on the Labour Party Electoral Reform Committee. Their mandate is to conduct a comprehensive review of the electoral process to guarantee free and fair elections. The committee is expected to submit its report within three months.”

The committee members are:

  1. Hon. Dr. Sam Amadi – Chairman
  2. Comrade Ayo Olorunfemi – Alternate Chairman
  3. Mrs. Dudu Manuga – Secretary
  4. Comrade Adekunle Rotimi – Alternate Secretary
  5. Barrister Calistus Ihediagwa – Alternate Secretary

Additional members include:
