Car snatching rises in Adamawa

Car theft is on the rise in Adamawa State, as confirmed by the state police command. the police alerted residents to the increasing incidents of car snatching, particularly in the urban areas of Yola North, Yola South, and Girei local government areas.

The spokesperson for the State Police Command, SP Suleiman Nguroje, emphasized that the command would intensify checks in these affected regions, potentially causing delays in traffic flow. Nguroje noted that this action is aimed at curbing the trend and urged motorists to cooperate for their safety and security.
