Players and coaches of the Nigeria national team are scheduled to depart the country for Ghana on Thursday morning.

The delegation will fly out via a chartered flight from the Nnamdi Azikiwe international Airport in Abuja.

Camping towards the 2022 World Cup playoff against the Black Stars began over the weekend in the nation’s capital.

As at Tuesday night, there were 22 players available, with Samuel Chukwueze and Zaidu Sanusi the latest arrivals.

Leicester City winger, Ademola Lookman, is still being expected to join up.

Ghana host the first leg of the playoff this Friday, before the reverse fixture is played four days later on March 29.
