Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has advised the residents of Ondo State to turn to spiritual solutions for the health challenges facing their governor, Rotimi Akeredolu. According to Primate Ayodele, Akeredolu’s illness is more of a spiritual nature than a physical one, emphasizing the necessity of initiating prayers for his recovery.
In a statement conveyed by his spokesperson, Oluwatosin Osho, Primate Ayodele expressed the belief that Akeredolu’s ailment requires a spiritual approach to complement medical efforts. He conveyed that prayers are essential for the governor’s restoration to health, suggesting that the illness is influenced by negative forces working against him.
Primate Ayodele advised Akeredolu’s family to engage in spiritual interventions rather than solely focusing on the medical aspects of the illness. He stated that Akeredolu needs prayers to regain political power, as the sickness is attributed to hostile forces that harbor ill intentions towards him.
Highlighting the spiritual nature of the challenge, Primate Ayodele cautioned that Akeredolu’s health should not be exploited for political purposes. He urged the people of Ondo to unite in prayer for the governor, emphasizing the urgency of seeking divine intervention to prevent further incapacitation that could impact the completion of his term.
