Amaechi Muonagor recounted the onset of his health issue, stating, “I was on a movie set with Emeka Ani, Patience Ozokwo, Rita Edochie, and Ebele Okaro. I was about to enter my car when I was struck with this problem, and since then, it has been getting worse. Right now, I can’t move or walk on my own. Half of my left leg is paralyzed, and it’s a significant challenge for me.”
He appealed to well-meaning individuals for assistance, emphasizing the gravity of his situation. He mentioned that he is dealing with paralysis affecting half of his body.
This distressing revelation comes shortly after another veteran actor, Mr. Ibu, who is currently hospitalized, made a similar plea to the public for help as he battles an ailment that could potentially lead to amputation.
