Voters in some parts of Rivers State are presently protesting what they described as a strange development, following the unavailability of the ballot papers for the Presidential election in the area.
A video trending online shows that voters at Unit 11, Umuowa Playground One, Eneka, Obio Akpor LGA, Rivers State are protesting an announcement by the electoral officers that they did not come with materials for the presidential election.
They called on the Independent National Electoral Commission to take steps to address the anomaly.
