Super Falcons winger Francisca Ordega has been named the Saudi Women’s Premier League Player of the Month for March.
Ordega edged out fellow Nigerian Ashleigh Plumptre and Congo’s Naomie Kabakaba to claim the award, securing 62% of the fan vote. Plumptre and Kabakaba each garnered 16%.
During the month, the 31-year-old delivered an outstanding performance for Al-Ittihad Ladies, netting four goals and providing three assists in just three league games.
Her contributions helped Al-Ittihad secure two victories and one loss over that stretch. Ordega joined the club on a free transfer at the beginning of the season.
