P.Diddy: Sixth woman accuses Sean Combs of drugging, sexually assaulting her

Former model Crystal McKinney has accused US rapper and business mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2003. McKinney filed a lawsuit against Diddy on Tuesday in federal district court in Manhattan, making her the sixth person to accuse him of sexual assault.

In her lawsuit, McKinney, who was 22 at the time, recounted meeting Diddy during a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York. She claimed that the rapper invited her to a New York City space where he and several men were drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. McKinney alleged that she was given a joint that she later believed was laced with a narcotic or other intoxicating substance.

Despite insisting that she had enough, McKinney said Diddy pressured her to continue drinking and smoking and demanded that she follow him to the bathroom. She accused the rapper of forcing himself on her, kissing her, shoving her head down to his crotch, and commanding her to perform oral sex. When she refused, she alleged that Diddy forced her into it.

Diddy first made headlines in November 2023 when Cassie accused him of rape, abuse, and human trafficking during their 10-year relationship. That lawsuit was settled out of court a day after it was filed. Following this, Diddy faced multiple accusations of sexual assault. Joi Dickerson-Neal accused him of drugging and raping her when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991. On the same day, another woman accused Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of taking turns raping her and a friend over 30 years ago in New York City. In December, a fourth woman accused Diddy, along with Harve Pierre and another individual, of sex trafficking and gang rape when she was 17. Additionally, on February 26, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Diddy, filed a lawsuit alleging that the rapper sexually harassed and drugged him.
