Tinubu listens, will ensure Nigerians don’t suffer – Presidency

The presidency has reassured the public that President Bola Tinubu actively listens to the concerns of Nigerians and empathizes with their situations. Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, emphasized that the president consistently acknowledges the challenges faced by Nigerians.

According to Onanuga, Tinubu’s commitment to alleviating the hardships experienced by Nigerians was evident in the decision to provide a 50 percent transport fare rebate during the Yuletide season. In a post on X, Onanuga stated that Tinubu is dedicated to ensuring that Nigerians do not endure unnecessary suffering.

He further explained, “President Tinubu is attuned to the sentiments of Nigerians and is regularly informed about public opinion through daily readings of newspapers and columns. In various interactions, he has openly recognized the temporary difficulties people are facing and remains open to ideas that can improve the situation and offer relief to the populace.”

Onanuga highlighted Tinubu’s compassionate nature, emphasizing that the president is inclined to take any necessary actions to prevent the suffering of the Nigerian people.
