Controversial reality TV personality Josephina Otabor appears to have offered an apology for her earlier statement asserting that men are “so cheap” in matters of sexual relationships.
In a recent episode of her podcast, Spill With Phyna, Otabor suggested that men are generally “cheap” and often humble themselves when women make even slight advances. She also claimed that many men end up in marriages initiated by women and asserted that men often mask their insecurities by criticizing women based on their number of past relationships.
These comments drew significant criticism on social media. However, in response to a viral clip from her podcast where she faced backlash, Otabor acknowledged the flaws in her statements.
In a written statement, she said, “I have seen it. What I really said wasn’t good.”
