A Kano High Court has issued an order for the deposed Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, to cease identifying himself as emir. Additionally, the court instructed the police commissioner to remove him from the mini-palace on State Road.
Justice Amina Adamu Aliyu presided over the court and issued the directive on Monday.
Furthermore, the court’s order also restrains Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero, Ibrahim Abubakar II, Alhaji Kabiru Muhammad Inuwa, and Alhaji Aliyu Ibrahim Gaya from presenting themselves as the emirs of Bichi, Gaya, Rano, and Karaye.
