Bill Gates To Stand Trial Over COVID-19 Vaccine Claims

On Wednesday, a Dutch court ruled that billionaire and vaccine advocate Bill Gates must stand trial in the Netherlands for allegedly misleading the public about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines during the pandemic.

According to reports, seven plaintiffs claim to have experienced injuries from the vaccines and have filed suit against Gates, former Dutch Prime Minister and current NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, members of the Dutch government’s COVID-19 Outbreak Management Team, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and the Dutch government.

As reported by the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, the lawsuit was initiated last year, with Gates identified as one of the “experts” who made various claims regarding COVID vaccines.

In a 2020 article, Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, noted, “We aren’t sure which vaccines will be the most effective yet, and each requires unique technology to make… Otherwise, we’ll waste months after the lab develops an immunization, waiting for the right manufacturer to scale up.”

The plaintiffs assert that Gates, through his connections with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (WEF), is part of an extensive agenda referred to as “The Great Reset Project,” which they allege sought to exploit the pandemic to enforce significant societal changes under the guise of public health.

The lawsuit claims that this agenda included the promotion of vaccines known to be unsafe. The plaintiffs allege they were misled into receiving these dangerous injections, which they say have led to severe physical and mental health problems.

They contend that Gates made false assertions about the vaccines, claiming they would halt transmission, prevent illness, and eliminate the necessity for masks.

Since the initial filing, one of the plaintiffs has reportedly died, leaving six others to pursue the case against Gates and the others. These citizens, whose names have been kept confidential in court documents, say they trusted the vaccine narrative and are now dealing with the aftermath.

Reports also state that Gates attempted to have the case dismissed, but the court rejected his request, citing jurisdictional concerns due to his American citizenship.

He has been ordered to pay the plaintiffs’ legal fees of €1,406.00 ($1,518.44) within 14 days or risk additional penalties.

A new hearing is set for November 27, 2024.

In 2020, Gates cautioned that producing a COVID-19 vaccine was merely part of the challenge, emphasizing, “Multiple vaccines are currently in human trials, but we can’t predict which will be the most effective. Countries need to invest in various manufacturing facilities now, even if some ultimately go unused.”
