The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Sylvester Ezeokenwa, has dismissed claims that Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo has failed to fulfill his electoral promises.
Ezeokenwa described such assertions as misconceptions, emphasizing that Soludo remains APGA’s greatest asset. He highlighted the governor’s achievements over the past three years, despite challenges like limited resources and soaring inflation.
Speaking on Arise TV’s Morning Show, Ezeokenwa stated:
“Let me address a misconception. In Anambra State today, there is a popular mantra: ‘The solution is here.’ This is not just a slogan; it reflects verifiable evidence of the monumental achievements of the current APGA-led administration.
“From road infrastructure to the transformation of the health and education sectors, even the opposition acknowledges the governor’s performance.
“In under three years, despite financial constraints, the governor has constructed over 5,000 kilometers of roads, reaching areas in some local governments that had never seen even a square meter of road infrastructure before.
“In addition, the state’s health sector has been revitalized, and several social programs have been implemented. These include free education, the employment of over 10,000 teachers, and free maternal healthcare. With such policies and achievements, it is a significant misconception to claim that Governor Soludo has not performed. He is undoubtedly our greatest asset.”
