Atiku promises to wipe out Boko Haram if elected

The Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has promised to wipe out Boko Haram and help businessmen revive and expand their businesses if elected President next year.

Alhaji Atiku made the promise while addressing a crowd of party supporters at the PDP Presidential Campaign in Gombe, Gombe state.

The former Vice President also promised to put in place, policies to jumpstart businesses and help businessmen expand their businesses to revive the economy which he said is currently in a terrible state.

Alhaji Atiku who spoke mostly in Hausa said his administration would enhance farming so that farmers would produce both during raining and dry seasons.

Speaking in a similar vein, the Chairman, PDP Presidential Campaign Council and Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel said the nation’s economy would bounce back if PDP returns to power.

Also, the Director General of the PDP Campaign Council Governor Aminu Tambuwual said Atiku would creat jobs for women and youths to move them away from crime.

The National Chairman of the PDP, Senator Iyiochia Ayu, while addressing the crowd, appealed to the people of the state to vote for the party in all elections, according to him, the PDP was the only political party with the capacity to transform Nigeria.
