Nigeria’s Port Harcourt Refinery has officially begun processing crude oil, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) spokesperson, Olufemi Soneye, announced on Tuesday.
Soneye revealed that the refinery is currently operating at 60% capacity, processing 60,000 barrels of crude oil daily.
The refinery, which has a total capacity of 250,000 barrels per day, resumed operations following multiple missed deadlines for its restart.
